We are pleased to present you with "COMPACT 6", a new compressor that has recently been added to our range.
The COMPACT 6 has been developed from the previous models, but with additional features and benefits. The new design has a reduction in weight and demensions which are particularly suitable for the breathing air requirements for single or small groups of divers.
The compressor for the COMPACT 6 is a four stage aircooled oil splash lubricated machine, capable of delivering 6000 litres/hours (3,5 cfm) at a pressure of 300 bar (5.000 psi).
The COMPACT 6 is equipped with a multi-stage filtering system, consisting of two mechanical condensate separators, safety valves and a filter with activated charcoal cartridge with an average life of approximately 30 hours. This new filtration system has been designed to ensure that the final delivered air meets with all major international breathing air standards, including DIN 3188 and BS 4275.
The standard equipment on all COMPACT 6 sea-proof models is :
- pneumatic pressure switch to stop the compressor at the desired pressure
- hour counter
- relay and thermal overloads for all electric-driven sets
- charging pressure gauge
- refilling house with international 400 bar stainless steel connector
- stainless steel coiled coolers.
All the above components are housed in a zinc-plated frame painted with electrostatic polyester powder paint.
Each COMPACT 6 model is supplied with,, as a standard equipments: operating and maintenance manual, a routine maintenance kit, spare brething air filter cartridge and one litre of oil. The standard charging hose is 2 metres long. However, on request longer hoses can be supplied.
