NITROGEN
Olmeva's entire machine range can compress nitrogen with simple adaptations and precautions.
Depending on needs or requirements, it is possible to choose starting from 6 cubic meters/hour up to 30 cubic meters/hour and beyond using two compressors, properly connected (e.g. 30 + 30 m³/h). If you use your own equipment to produce nitrogen it is always necessary to connect the inlet to a suitable intake tank-lung.
Generally the nitrogen equipment manufacturer proposes a suitable tank for pressure and volume, but the customer can also rely on Olmeva's experience and technical abilities, providing the same “turnkey”.
However, using the classic storage cylinders may be useful having a spare compressor to intake the residual nitrogen containedin the cylinders, working at an insufficient pressure, and bring it up to operating pressure.
